La Cosa Nostra is actively recruiting members who are motivated and dedicated to complete end game material; most importantly, Icecrown Citadel hard mode content. While some classes are in higher demand than others, we are considering applications for all classes to maximize our potential for Icecrown Citadel hard modes.

Requirements:
La Cosa Nostra prides itself in progression and completion of end game content while promoting a relaxed, yet serious and competitive raid environment. We expect current members and applicants to maximize their potential and commit themselves to 9-12 hours of raiding per week. All members are required to be epic gemmed/enchanted, speced for raiding, have knowledge of all Icecrown Citadel boss strategies (including hard modes), and have a refined knowledge of their class. The officers are always willing to assist in character tweaking and optimization in any way they can.

All applicants and members are expected to be prepared for the raid and online 15 minutes prior to raid time with flasks, potions, and food. Please note that members who repeatedly do not log on or are late for raids may face demotion or guild removal.

Raid Schedule:
Raid times are 7-10 Server (9-12 EST). Raid nights are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with Thursdays set aside for optional 10 man content.

The following classes are open to recruitment and their priorities are listed: 

Death Knight: Slot 1 - Tank [Medium Priority] 
Druid: Slot 1 - Balance [High Priority] 
Hunter: Slot 1 [Medium Priority]
Mage: Slot 1 [Medium Priority]
 Shaman: Slot 2 - Enhance / Elemental [High Priority]
Warlock: Slot 2 [High Priority]
Warrior: Slot 1 - Tank / DPS [Medium Priority]

Once we worked through some auto-running issues, we were able to get Lady Deathwhisper down on Heroic to put us at 9/12 on the progress bar. Professor Putricide is next on the hit list!
